I make complicated business problems easier to understand — and solve.

I look at how work really gets done. Then I find where it slows down, what may be causing the trouble, and what needs to change. Sometimes the answer is a better rule or a simpler process. Sometimes it is software. I work out which makes sense before we build anything.
